It depends on the size of the property, the materials, and how easy the roof is to access. A typical 2-bed terrace in slate sits in one range, a 1930s semi in tile in another, and a Victorian villa in Aigburth or Crosby in a third. The only honest answer is a free survey and a written quote. We never quote over the phone without seeing the roof.
