Walton is Victorian and Edwardian terraces, tight streets, and plenty of original slate roofs that have been up for over a century. The common Walton jobs are slipped slates, cracked ridge tiles, lead flashings that have weathered out around the chimney stack, and fascias and soffits giving up after decades of Liverpool weather.
We also see plenty of flat-roof back extensions and garages across L4 and L9 that were put up with felt and are now tired. GRP fibreglass or EPDM rubber is usually the right upgrade on those.
Every Walton job starts the same way. Chris comes to look at himself. He goes up, takes photos, and walks you through exactly what is going on. If it is a repair, we repair it. If the roof has genuinely had its last patch, he shows you the evidence in photos and writes up an itemised quote listing the materials. Fair deposit, balance on completion. No call-out fee. No pressure.
