Garston covers a real mix of property, from Victorian and Edwardian terraces and post-war concrete-tile estates north of the village to the large period villas down by the river in Grassendale and Cressington. We handle every roof type across L19: slate and tile repairs, full re-roofs, flat roofs on extensions and bay windows, storm and leak repairs, chimney and lead work, and complete fascias, soffits and guttering renewal. Whether it’s a single slipped slate or a roof that’s finally finished, the approach is the same.
Every Garston job runs the same way. Chris comes out and looks at it himself, goes up onto the roof rather than guessing from the pavement, and takes photos so you can see exactly what’s wrong. If a repair will do the job, he repairs it and tells you honestly how long it should last; if the roof is genuinely at the end, he shows you why in the photos and talks you through the options. You then get a fixed, itemised written quote with nothing hidden. Once you’re happy, we agree a start date, carry out the work with the right materials first time, clear all waste, and leave the site tidy, and you settle the balance only when the job is signed off. Fair deposit, no call-out fee, no pressure.
We cover every type of domestic and commercial roofing across Garston and South Liverpool, with materials matched to the property.
Full replacements in natural slate, reclaimed slate, clay tile, or concrete tile. Up to 20-year workmanship guarantee.
Slipped slates, broken tiles, lead flashing, chimney repointing, storm damage. Most repairs on a Liverpool terrace are a morning’s work.
UPVC fascia boards, soffit panels, aluminium guttering. Properly fitted, not slapped over rotten timber.
We undertake large-scale commercial roofing contracts across Garston. From industrial units to retail spaces, we provide specialised flat and pitched solutions minimising disruption to your business operations.
